Altogen Labs provide liposome encapsulation services (http://www.altogenlabs.com). Liposomes are phospholipid structures that are capable to encapsulate various types of nucleic acids and small molecules (siRNA, shRNA, microRNA, plasmid DNA, mRNA, Protein) within the aqueous core of the liposome. Such liposomal complexes proivide protection and induce highly efficient transfection of cargo molecules (medicines, pharmaceuticals, small moledule druds, DNA, RNA, proteins) into cells in vitro and in vivo. Altogen Labs (http://www.altogenlabs.com) offers encapsulation of any charged molecuIes into one of the standard liposomes (PC:Cholesterol, or DSPC:Lipid: PEG-Lipoid:Cholesterol) or into any custom liposome formulation. Sonication and liposome extrusion technologies are used to make liposomes of defined size (from 40 nm to 500 nm).

Most efficient animal siRNA delivery kits are: Napoparticle- and liposome-based siRNA In Vivo Transfection Reagents manufactured by Altogen Biosystems - http://www.altogen.com/mirna.php.

If the Altogen Services kits do not meet your experimental needs, bespoke liposome encapsulation protocols are developed done by Altogen Labs: http://altogenlabs.com/services/pre_clinical_research_services/liposome_encapsulation_of_sirna_plasmid_dna_and_proteins
