These cells are generated using any commercially available cell lines (such as A549, HEK293, HeLa, etc) or primary cell types. Cells are stably transfected (modified) to express shRNA construct targeting gene of interest. Service includes all steps of the project from shRNA design and synthesis and plasmid DNA cloning to stable cell line generation, selection of clonal cells, and validation of shRNA construct expression and RNAi gene silencing.
